Chocolate cupcakes filled with homemade cranberry sauce, topped with hot buttered rum batter buttercream. Some of the best holiday flavors packed into one cupcake! The uber-sweet buttercream goes well with the tart cranberries. And the chocolate, well, it’s chocolate. It’s awesome with everything.

Look at what Alexandra from Melbourne, Australia made! Tim Tam-Stuffed Brownies! She says: “It’s chocolate brownie with original tim tams baked inside (and served with vanilla ice cream on top). I’m not sure if you get tim tams in America, but they’re basically an australian biscuit….and the most indulgent treat you can find.”

Is it? Could it be? It is. Skittles Ice Cream.

I adamantly argued this would be unappetizing. I was so very wrong. It is mind blowing. You can taste the rainbow in every bite.

Is there a better phrase in the world than “peanut butter buttercream”? Well, yes, there is. How about “peanut butter buttercream on top of Take 5-stuffed brownie”? YUM! The recipe has been down for awhile, but due to popular demand, I’m bringing it back! Get the recipe here.

Delicious things happen when you put peanut m&ms and cream cheese frosting onto mini brownie cupcakes! I made these for a Valentine making party at the CakeSpy shop this evening. SO GOOD.

chocolate rice cereal, caramel and marshmallow marbling 

Holy moley this may be the best thing that we’ve never created. That’s right, we didn’t make it, our pals at Shireshack did. As aforementioned, they’re working with us this summer and have taken to crafting up their own unique flavors at home and sharing pints with us. I had to stop myself from eating the whole pint so we could take some shots of the ‘scream. 

Inspired by a southern candy treat, the Star Crunch, this is a chocolate rice cereal infused ice cream with chunks of caramel chocolate marshmallow rice crisps.
